Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Shift Management

Supervise day-to-day operations during the assigned shift.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.
Conduct pre-shift and post-shift meetings for proper handovers.

Resource Management
:
Manage and allocate workforce for optimal productivity.
Monitor the availability and usage of raw materials and utilities.

Equipment & Maintenance
:
Ensure all equipment is operated and maintained as per guidelines.
Report breakdowns and coordinate with the maintenance team for quick resolution.
Safety & Compliance
:
Enforce safety standards and protocols across the plant.
Conduct safety training and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Documentation & Reporting
:
Maintain daily production and shift reports.
Record and analyze downtime, material consumption, and production efficiency.
Team Leadership
:
Provide guidance and training to the shift team.
Resolve conflicts and motivate the team to perform efficiently.
