Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in real estate construction projects. The role involves managing on-site operations, ensuring work quality, safety compliance, and timely delivery of project milestones in coordination with various teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision & Execution:

1. Oversee day-to-day activities at construction sites to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

2. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule deliveries and installations.

3. Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues or delays promptly.

4. Supervise execution of civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works as per approved drawings and standards.

Quality Assurance:

5. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that workmanship meets design specifications and quality standards.

6. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or deficiencies in materials or workmanship.

7. Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain project quality.

Communication & Coordination:

8. Serve as the primary point of contact between design teams, project managers, and on-site personnel.

9. Facilitate regular meetings and updates to ensure clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders.

10. Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to resolve design-related issues and modifications.

Documentation & Reporting:

11. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, inspection logs, and change orders.

12. Generate reports on project status, budget expenditures, and any significant developments or challenges.

Safety Compliance:

13. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

14. Conduct regular safety checks and promote a culture of safety among site workers.

15. Report and address any on-site incidents or unsafe conditions immediately.

Labour & Resource Management:

16. Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of on-site labour and subcontractors.

17. Ensure optimal use of materials, equipment, and manpower to minimize wastage and delays.

18. Coordinate procurement and usage of site materials in line with work schedules.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field.

· Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate/construction sites.

· Strong knowledge of site execution, safety, and quality control.

· Ability to read drawings and manage labour.

· Basic computer skills (MS Office); AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
