Job Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring quality raw materials, components, and equipment required for the manufacturing of aluminum and scaffolding products. They will ensure timely procurement at optimal costs while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. Key Responsibilities : Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for aluminum, scaffolding materials, and other raw materials. Issue purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing. Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions, supplier details, and procurement activities. Coordinate with quality control to ensure purchased materials meet quality standards. Resolve any issues related to procurement delays, quality discrepancies, or supplier disputes. Prepare purchase reports and assist in budgeting and cost control initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. Qualification: Any Graduation
