Purchasing Executive

As a Supply Chain Specialist for the fast-growing clinical division, your primary role involves identifying and agreeing on the supply chain for Active Product Ingredient (API), Excipients, consumables, and components. You will be responsible for sourcing new products and suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and market trends. Your negotiation skills will play a crucial role in delivering competitive prices to meet business targets and margins efficiently. - Order lines requested by other departments and keep them updated on delivery dates. - Order products and manage the supply chain effectively. - Manage the supplier base in alignment with company commercial objectives. - Source products at competitive prices with necessary regulatory documentation. - Identify and procure analytical and manufacturing equipment meeting specified requirements. - Design and distribute marketing materials. - Communicate with the Business Development or Supply Chain Team for specific material needs. - Collaborate closely with the Project Management team across technical departments. - Assist in designing artwork and branding for products. - Review supplier or manufacturer contracts and support in negotiations for cost prices. - Provide training and assessment for new staff members in the buying team. - Coordinate with the finance department to resolve pending invoice issues. - Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. - Maintain accuracy in all calculations and measurements. - Contribute to writing and updating standard operating procedures as needed.,
