Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our real estate and construction projects. The role requires effective vendor sourcing, cost negotiation, and timely procurement of materials, with a strong emphasis on quality control and compliance. The candidate must possess hands-on experience in supplier sourcing through IndiaMART and similar platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of construction and project-related materials
  • Source and evaluate suppliers using IndiaMART and other approved channels
  • Obtain quotations, conduct comparative analysis, and finalize vendors through effective negotiation
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders in accordance with approved budgets and requirements
  • Coordinate closely with project sites, stores, and accounts teams to ensure timely material availability
  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure adherence to quality and quantity specifications
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and rate comparisons
  • Verify invoices, delivery challans, and supporting documents for billing accuracy
  • Assist in cost control initiatives and procurement planning
  • Address and resolve supplier-related issues, including delays, discrepancies, or quality concerns


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 2–4 years of relevant procurement experience in the real estate or construction industry
  • Proven experience in supplier sourcing through IndiaMART
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and prevailing market rates
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement documentation systems
  • Sound understanding of GST and basic procurement compliance
