Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Purchasing Executive located in Gurugram. The Purchasing Executive will manage purchase orders, process purchase requisitions, and oversee procurement activities. The role includes negotiating with suppliers, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products and services. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to meet purchasing requirements and maintaining up-to-date records of transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management to effectively handle procurement tasks.
• Proficiency in Procurement processes and the ability to identify quality suppliers and cost-effective solutions.
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with vendors and coordinate smoothly with internal teams.
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships and resolve procurement challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate purchasing records are essential.
• Prior experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role is advantageous.
