Support the automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI) for processing and packaging lines. Lead continuous improvement projects for energy optimization and system reliability. Collaborate with the production and quality teams for smooth and efficient plant operation. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical electrical components. Train and guide junior technicians and operators on basic troubleshooting and safe handling of electrical equipment. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance or project management in food processing, dairy, or FMCG manufacturing. Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, VFDs, servo drives, and industrial automation. Familiarity with dairy processing equipment and utility systems (boilers, refrigeration, compressors) is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and project management skills. Knowledge of electrical safety standards, food safety standards, and preventive maintenance planning.
