 Relationship Manager - GL North West 
 About The Role  
The Relationship Manager - GL North West is responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with clients and stakeholders within the designated geographic location. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, and ensuring the growth and retention of the client portfolio.  Key Responsibilities 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships within the North West region.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of service delivery.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, including up-selling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, credit, and operations, to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and business reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor account performance, identify risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  •  Qualifications and Skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in relationship management, account management, or business development, preferably within the financial or banking sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the North West regional market is an advantage.
