Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. We are seeking young and dynamic experienced candidates with 2-4 years of experience in Gold Loans who are passionate about building their career in the Gold Loans domain. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as basic knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of the vernacular language of the respective region is mandatory.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Canvassing and sourcing of new customers to increase Gold Loan business.
• Revenue generation through cross-selling products and interest collection.
• Gold Loans appraisal.
• Maintain good relationships with clients to maximize the value of those relationships.
• Customer relationship management and follow-up.
• Maintenance of important registers and daily reports.
• Cash management and accounting.
• Direct marketing of cross-selling products at branches, including insurance products.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in Gold Loans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of the vernacular language of the respective region.
