 Relationship Manager - GL North West 
 About The Role  
As a  Relationship Manager - GL North West , you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the North West region. Your primary objective is to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth through effective relationship management, strategic consultation, and the delivery of tailored financial or business solutions.
 Key Responsibilities 
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients in the North West region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services that meet clients' evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as product, operations, and risk) to deliver high-quality solutions and service to clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions to understand clients' objectives and provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes relevant to clients in the North West territory.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and relevant external regulations.

  •  Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in relationship management, account management, or business development, preferably within financial services or a related industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the North West region's business landscape is a plus.
