Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

(Meta Andromeda | Google Ads | Lead Generation | Analytics)

About the Role

We’re seeking a data-driven, growth-focused Performance Marketer who understands how to build, optimize, and scale high-performing ad campaigns across Meta and Google.

The ideal candidate knows how to use Andromeda-era Meta strategies, interpret custom metrics, manage remarketing journeys, and drive quality leads through smart automation and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan and execute Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and conversions.

Apply Andromeda framework principles — focus on broad targeting, creative testing, and event signal optimization.

Set up and manage pixel, Conversion API, and custom events to ensure accurate data flow.

Segment and manage custom and lookalike audiences for remarketing.

Develop creative briefs and collaborate with design teams for ad visuals and video creatives.

2. Optimization & Scaling

Monitor key performance indicators (CTR, CPL, LPA, ROAS, CAC) and use custom metrics for deeper insights.

Know when to scale, duplicate, or kill ad sets based on data trends and cost efficiency.

Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.

Build and maintain high-converting funnels that reduce CPA and improve conversion rate.

Continuously refine targeting and delivery to maximize lead quality and quantity.

3. Analytics & Reporting

Build and analyze reports via Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards.

Track lead journey and ROI across platforms with multi-touch attribution.

Identify trends, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities through advanced analytics.

Generate actionable insights for campaign scaling and creative improvement.

4. Automation & Retargeting

Set up and optimize remarketing and retargeting campaigns for warm audiences.

Use CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho / Pipedrive) to sync lead data and automate nurturing flows.

Integrate Zapier / Make / Meta API for workflow automation and lead quality validation.

Required Skills

Deep understanding of Meta Andromeda update strategies and signal optimization.

Proven experience with lead generation (education / service / D2C verticals preferred).

Strong command over Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Conversion API.

Analytical mindset — comfortable reading dashboards, metrics, and funnel analytics.

Ability to work with performance dashboards and reporting tools (Looker Studio / Sheets).

Familiar with AI tools for creative analysis, automation, and ad performance prediction.

Qualifications

2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

Deep knowledge of media buying, funnel strategy, and conversion optimization.

Understanding of lead scoring, LPA metrics, and advanced remarketing.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.

Personality & Mindset

Highly analytical and data-obsessed.

Proactive, experimental, and loves testing new ad hypotheses.

Understands creative psychology and buyer behavior.

Keeps up with Meta Andromeda, Google Gemini, and new AI ad tech updates.

Compensation: 35,000 – Performance Bonus
