Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview: As a Performance Marketer at Shunya.ae, you will be responsible for leading paid campaigns, optimizing web properties on WordPress and Shopify, and driving traffic, conversions, and ROI for both the company and its clients. You should be a creative yet analytical individual who can collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to deliver high performance results. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns on various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, YouTube, etc. - Audit, manage, and optimize websites on WordPress and Shopify for speed, SEO, user experience, and conversion rate. - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and ad copies. - Monitor campaign performance, generate reports with actionable insights, and present results to the team/client. - Manage retargeting/remarketing, email marketing automation, and customer acquisition funnels. - Collaborate with creative/design teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages align with brand messaging. - Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in performance marketing. Qualifications Required: - 0 years of experience in performance marketing. - Experience in handling websites on WordPress and Shopify, as well as campaign platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads. - Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data tools such as Google Analytics for interpreting conversions, ROAS, CTR, etc. - Basic graphic/design sense to collaborate with creatives or optimize creatives for improved performance. - Excellent communication skills in English, with Arabic proficiency being a plus based on client requirements. - Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns/clients simultaneously.
