We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media strategy, optimize campaign performance, and drive measurable growth across all digital channels.

Position Overview:

The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, and other digital platforms. This role requires a highly analytical and creative marketer who can manage budgets efficiently, identify growth opportunities, and deliver strong ROI through data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling e-commerce or luxury lifestyle brands, with deep expertise in paid search, paid social, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and display networks.
  • Design and execute campaigns to achieve business goals such as sales, traffic growth, and lead generation.
  • Continuously test new ad formats, audiences, and creatives to optimize performance and reduce CAC.

2. Campaign Optimization & ROI Management

  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and actionable improvements.
  • Optimize bids, keywords, and targeting to maximize ROAS and conversion efficiency.
  • Implement robust A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation.

3. Cross-Channel Integration

  • Coordinate with the SEO, content, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Align paid media with brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Integrate retargeting and remarketing campaigns for maximum customer retention.

4. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

  • Set up and monitor performance tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio dashboards.
  • Measure campaign performance against KPIs including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rate.
  • Present weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights to the leadership team.

5. Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage monthly and quarterly digital marketing budgets effectively.
  • Liaise with advertising partners, media agencies, and platform representatives when needed.
  • Evaluate and onboard new tools or platforms to enhance ad performance and tracking accuracy.

6. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor junior marketing executives or analysts.
  • Work closely with product, e-commerce, and creative teams to design high-impact ad campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with performance marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for e-commerce, furniture, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
  • Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or similar e-commerce CMS.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data visualization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with international performance campaigns (UK, Canada, and India).
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising, Pinterest Ads, and influencer amplification.
  • Familiarity with CRM-driven retargeting using Klaviyo or similar tools.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.

Compensation:

Competitive salary with performance-linked bonuses and opportunities for international project collaboration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
