Are you interested in paid acquisition and hands-on campaign work
We want to be clear about what you will be doing, so you can decide if this role matches your interest and style of working.
As a Performance Marketer, you ll run paid campaigns across channels, study performance numbers, and work closely with the growth, design, and content teams. Your work will directly shape how new users discover and start using Saleshandy.
Your day-to-day will include:
Running paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, and other related platforms.
Working with the design team to create ad creatives.
Checking daily and weekly performance data to understand what is going on.
Testing different audience groups to find the right match.
Running A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and call-to-action variations.
Managing retargeting campaigns for website visitors and trial users.
Tracking signup impressions, signup clicks, and signup conversions to study drop-offs.
Keeping a record of tests and what was learned from each.
Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
Helping with pacing and monthly budget planning.
You should:
Have 2 to 4 years of experience with paid campaigns.
Be familiar with Google Ads or Meta Ads.
Be comfortable reading numbers from dashboards and sharing insights.
Be able to write clear and direct ad copy.
Enjoy testing small ideas and learning from patterns.
Be open to feedback and discussion.
Have curiosity about how users think and act.
