Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute

  paid marketing campaigns

  on Google and Meta platforms.

• Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including audience targeting, ad creation, and budget allocation.
• 
  
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for

  lead quality

• 
  
• Conduct

  A/B testing

  on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve results.
• 
  
• Analyze data, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
• 
  
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create effective ad creatives.
• 
  
• Track conversions, set up pixels, and manage remarketing campaigns.
• 
  
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in

  Performance Marketing / Paid Ads Management

  .
• 
  
• Strong understanding of

  Meta Ads Manager

  and

  Google Ads

  platforms.
• 
  
• Experience in

  lead generation campaigns

  for healthcare or real estate (preferred).
• 
  
• Knowledge of

  Google Analytics and conversion tracking

  .
• 
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
• 
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary - Rs 25,000 to 35,000 pm.
