Responsibilities: 1.Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with external SEO vendors/agencies to ensure timely and effective implementation of SEO strategies. Align activities with internal marketing objectives and ensure smooth cross-functional execution. Knowledge & Execution: Possess a working knowledge of SEO principles, including on-page and off-page optimization. Support with basic tasks such as keyword research, updating website content, optimizing meta tags, URLs, and contributing to content marketing or backlinking efforts. Audit & Reporting: Conduct or coordinate periodic SEO audits, implement key recommendations, and monitor the impact using basic analytics tools. Track performance metrics such as search rankings, organic traffic, and site visibility, and assist in preparing regular performance reports. 2. Analytics & Reporting: • Data Analysis: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms. • KPI Tracking: Measure and track KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversion rates, bounce rates, engagement rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). • Attribution & Funnel Insights: Set up and analyze conversion funnels, user journeys, and attribution models to understand campaign effectiveness across channels. Familiarity with GA4 event tracking and UTM tagging is preferred. 3. Lead Generation Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/ agencies for ongoing lead generation efforts. Track lead quality, lifecycle stage, and conversion metrics using CRM or lead management tools (e.g. Zoho, or Salesforce). Support automation and tracking of lead workflows and campaign efficiency across platforms. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, or a related analytical role. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other data-driven marketing tools. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Team player with a positive attitude. Diligent and efficient in their work.
