The role involves handling packaging operations, ensuring product safety, and maintaining quality standards during dispatch. Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Key ResponsibilitiesPack products according to company standards and guidelines. Ensure accuracy in labeling, barcoding, and tagging of items. Maintain product quality by using appropriate packaging material. Verify items before packing against the order list/invoice. Ensure timely and safe dispatch of packed products. Handle packaging equipment and tools carefully. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the packaging area. Report any damaged or missing products to the supervisor. Assist in inventory management when required. Required Skills & Qualifications0–2 years of experience in packing, warehouse, or logistics operations (Freshers can apply). Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass, Diploma, or Graduate. Basic understanding of packaging material and handling. Good attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy. Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and moderate lifting. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
