Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketer to lead and optimize our digital marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on real estate performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing campaigns across multiple platforms and delivering high ROAS.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Creation & Management:

    Design, set up, and manage campaigns on platforms such as Google Search, Performance Max, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, VSL Campaigns, and Programmatic Ads (Eskimi).
  • Landing Page Optimization:

    Enhance landing page performance to maximize conversions.
  • Data-Driven Retargeting:

    Develop and implement data-driven retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers effectively.
  • Creative & Ad Account Auditing:

    Audit ad creatives, landing pages, ad copies, and account settings to fine-tune campaigns for peak performance and increased ROAS.
  • Performance Reporting:

    Generate detailed reports with actionable insights and performance metrics to track campaign success.

Requirements:
  • A/B Testing:

    Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to identify high-performing variations and continually improve campaign outcomes.
  • Competitor Analysis:

    Monitor competitor campaigns and strategies to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

  • Budget Management:

    Allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI while adhering to spending constraints.
  • Lead Funnel Optimization:

    Work closely with the sales and CRM teams to ensure high-quality lead generation and conversion optimization across the funnel.
  • KPI Monitoring:

    Track and manage KPIs such as CTR, CPA, CPL, and overall campaign performance to ensure target achievement.
  • Real Estate Expertise:

    In-depth understanding of real estate marketing dynamics, including buyer personas, property marketing, and lead nurturing.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle campaign challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

Technical Skills:
  1. Proficient in Google Ads, Performance Max, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, VSL Campaigns, and Programmatic Ads (Eskimi).
  2. Strong knowledge of landing page optimization techniques.
  3. Hands-on experience in setting up retargeting campaigns using data-driven approaches.
  4. Ability to audit and optimize ad accounts, creatives, and ad copies for superior results.
  5. Expertise in creating and interpreting detailed campaign performance reports.
