Role Overview
Performance Marketing Specialist
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with execution excellence and works closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to maximize conversion efficiency and revenue contribution.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Paid Media
- Plan, execute, and optimize
performance marketing campaigns
across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. - Own campaign structures, keyword strategies, audience targeting, bidding, and budget allocation.
- Drive high-quality leads and enrollments while maintaining optimal
Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), and ROI

Funnel Optimization & Conversion Growth
- Optimize full-funnel performance from ad click to lead conversion to enrollment.
- Work closely with landing page, CRO, and content teams to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, landing pages, and CTAs.
Analytics, Tracking & Attribution
- Set up, manage, and audit tracking using
Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, pixels, and conversion APIs
. - Monitor campaign performance, attribution models, and user journeys.
- Identify drop-offs, insights, and optimization opportunities using data.
Lead Quality & Sales Alignment
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure
lead quality, follow-up effectiveness, and conversion alignment
. - Track lead-to-enrollment conversion metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Support CRM integrations and marketing automation workflows.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting
- Manage and optimize monthly performance marketing budgets.
- Prepare detailed performance reports covering spend, leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and revenue contribution.
- Present insights, learnings, and recommendations to marketing leadership.
Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Monitor competitor performance marketing strategies, messaging, and positioning.
- Identify new growth opportunities, platforms, and formats to stay ahead of the market.
- Stay updated with algorithm changes, platform updates, and best practices.
Performance Marketing Skills Required
- Strong hands-on expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
. - Deep understanding of
performance funnels, attribution, and conversion optimization
. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
- Experience running high-volume lead generation campaigns.
- Ability to scale campaigns profitably while maintaining efficiency metrics.
Technical & Tool Proficiency
- Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
- CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Marketing automation and lead tracking tools
- Excel / Google Sheets for performance analysis
- A/B testing and CRO tools
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.6 – 8 years of experience
in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing roles.- Proven track record of generating
qualified leads and revenue
through paid digital channels. - Experience in
education, training, EdTech is
required - Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
