This includes defining target audiences, setting KPIs, and establishing a clear roadmap for growth. Drive significant growth on web performance: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, leading A/B testing initiatives and implementing advanced optimization techniques to maximize paid web traffic, conversion rates, and ROAS. This includes a deep analysis of search trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities. Proactively monitor campaign performance, including app install campaigns and user retention metrics, identify and address performance gaps, and make strategic adjustments to optimize campaigns for maximum impact. This includes developing robust reporting dashboards and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis: Analyze campaign data, customer behavior, and market trends to provide strategic recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness and driving business growth. This includes leveraging BI tools (Power BI) to develop comprehensive performance reports and presentations. Work cross-functionally with brand / creative teams & data teams: Work closely with brand, creative and tech departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals. This includes participating in strategic planning sessions and providing marketing insights to inform business decisions. Champion innovation and explore new marketing technologies: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, proactively identifying and evaluating new opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness. This includes exploring and implementing new platforms and tools. Develop and implement marketing automation strategies: Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes, personalize customer experiences, and improve campaign efficiency. Requirements 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in e-commerce (fashion experience is a plus). Extensive experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, SEM, Meta, and TikTok. Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with a deep understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance measurement. Strong understanding of digital and e-commerce metrics, conversion funnels, and attribution modeling. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Proven ability to develop and manage digital marketing budgets effectively. Advanced proficiency in using BI tools (Power BI) to analyze data, generate insights, and create reports. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Data-driven mindset with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
