Job Description

We are now looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to help us scale our brand presence and drive franchise acquisition, center admissions, and brand engagement across India. Key Responsibilities: Strategize and Execute: Develop, implement, and manage result-oriented performance marketing campaigns to drive franchise leads and admissions growth. Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, YouTube, Display, Retargeting, and Affiliate channels. Market & Audience Research: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and identify target audiences to design effective campaigns tailored to specific geographies (Tier I, II & III cities). Performance Optimization: Regularly monitor KPIs (Cost per Lead, CTR, Conversion Rate, CPL, CAC), A/B test creatives and copies, and optimize landing pages to improve overall ROI. Collaboration: Coordinate with the Creative, SEO, Academic, Sales, and Development teams to ensure the alignment of campaign goals, creatives, and messaging. Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms to track, analyze, and report campaign performance. Share actionable insights with key stakeholders regularly. Budget Management: Strategically allocate and optimize marketing budgets across channels to maximize returns while maintaining efficiency. Agency/Vendor Management: Manage relationships with digital agencies and external vendors, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of assets. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, and apply innovative strategies to keep Makoons ahead in the education sector. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 10+ years of proven experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in Edtech, Preschool, or Franchise-based industries. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic platforms, and Display Networks. Strong expertise in Google Analytics, CRM platforms, Tag Manager, and lead tracking tools. Solid understanding of CPL, ROI, and Conversion Rate Optimization strategies. Proficiency in running geo-targeted campaigns for specific cities/regions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously. Why Join Makoons?
