Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on expertise in paid media, and a proven ability to drive high ROI, conversions, and lead generation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads (for B2B)
• Other platforms as required (Twitter/X, Programmatic, etc.)
• Define and track key performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate)
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages & copies
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly campaign performance and optimize budgets accordingly
• Work closely with design, content & sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Analyze user behavior through tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and heatmap tools
• Stay updated with platform changes and digital marketing trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Business Manager
• Experience in lead generation, funnel optimization & remarketing
• Strong analytical mindset and reporting skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
