Giftlaya.com is one of India’s fastest-growing gifting and decoration platforms, offering balloon décor, flowers, cakes, baby welcome décor, and more across 100+ cities. We are expanding aggressively and are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid marketing strategy and drive scalable growth.

Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across all channels—Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, Remarketing, and Affiliate Platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and capable of managing high monthly budgets while maintaining strong ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute performance campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Display, and other ad networks.
  • Manage Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and Remarketing campaigns.
  • Optimize CPC, CPA, CTR, and Quality Score for maximum ROI.
  • Set up dynamic remarketing, custom audiences, and intent-based retargeting.

E-commerce & Landing Page Optimization

  • Work closely with the content and tech teams to improve landing pages for higher conversions.
  • Run A/B tests for creatives, headlines, CTA, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Improve checkout flow and reduce bounce rates.

Analytics & Tracking

  • Set up events and conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events, and server-side tracking if needed.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and share accurate reports.
  • Track key metrics: ROAS, CAC, revenue attribution, retention, and lifetime value.

Budget Management & Scaling

  • Handle monthly budgets efficiently and plan spending based on performance.
  • Create scalable strategies for peak seasons like birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, and wedding months.

Creative Coordination

  • Coordinate with creative/design teams for ad creatives, banners, videos, reels, and ad copies.
  • Create compelling ad messaging aligned with Giftlaya’s brand voice.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Study competitor performance and market trends.
  • Implement new strategies based on data insights and platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably e-commerce).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Display & Remarketing.
  • Expertise in GA4, GTM, Meta Events Manager & Merchant Center.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and take action.
  • Experience managing ₹2 lakh – ₹20 lakh monthly budgets.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics, CRO, and funnel optimization is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in e-commerce, gifting, décor, or service-based industries.
  • Google Ads / Meta Ads certifications.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or WhatsApp automation tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
