You will be responsible for content planning, reel creation, engagement growth, and running our overall social media calendar. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and post engaging content (reels, stories, posts) across all social media platforms. Develop and execute a monthly content calendar based on trending themes, festivals, and launches. Collaborate with photographers/designers/editors for high-quality visual content. Monitor comments, DMs, and user engagement – reply promptly and maintain brand tone. Track social media metrics (followers, reach, engagement) and optimize content accordingly. Role Overview: As a Sales Associate at Giftlaya, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them find the perfect gifting or decoration solution. Your role involves client consultation, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, and web chat. Consult customers on gifting and decoration options based on their occasion, preferences, and budget. Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through consultative selling. Follow up with leads and maintain daily sales tracking sheets. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely execution of bookings. Maintain knowledge of all Giftlaya products and services to upsell when appropriate.
