Customer Service Associate

Giftlaya is one of India’s fastest-growing gifting and decoration platforms, offering services like balloon decoration, flower delivery, cakes, and personalized gifts in 100+ cities. We aim to make every celebration memorable with timely service and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and email.
• Guide customers in booking decoration, cakes, and gift services.
• Maintain product knowledge to explain packages, pricing, and add-ons clearly.
• Coordinate with operations and vendor teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Record customer requests, complaints, and feedback properly.
• Provide quick and polite resolutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure quality and build long-term trust.

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate (any stream) with good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle customer conversations with patience and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, Email handling).
• Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, or call handling will be preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
