Customer Service Associate

As an experienced candidate at Adeeba e-Services, your main responsibility will be to receive inbound calls from international customers. You will be expected to provide technical support by diagnosing the issues faced by the customers and suggesting suitable Annual Service plans and Software solutions. Your goal will be to efficiently close the sales and achieve the given targets. It is essential that you have prior experience in outbound tech processes for a minimum of 1 year and possess the skills to effectively close calls. Your compensation package will include a fixed salary deposited in your account on the 1st of every month along with lucrative incentives. Moreover, you will be eligible for 100% Attendance Incentives, a Loyalty Bonus of Rs. 5000 every year, and paid leaves. The leaves provided will include rotational offs, 24 paid leaves, birthday leave, and comp offs. The shift timings for this role will be in the US/UK shift.
