Customer Service Associate

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound international customer calls, emails, and chat support professionally and promptly.
Provide accurate guidance on products, services, and processes. Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs for response time, resolution, and quality. Gather and share customer feedback to help improve service delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

0-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an international BPO
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)• Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player• Flexible to work in rotational shifts• Positive attitude with a customer-centric mindset
