Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Associate based in Gandhinagar, Gift City. The role involves providing high-quality customer support, addressing queries effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include resolving customer issues via phone, email and live chats, maintaining professional and courteous communication, and enhancing overall customer experiences through proactive engagement. The role also involves documenting and updating customer interactions in the company records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication skills, including Phone Etiquette and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to enhance Customer Experience and efficiently resolve queries
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a similar customer-facing role is advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant systems and technology for customer relationship management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
