Role Overview: As a Customer Success Representative at Vested, located in Ahmedabad/Gift City, your primary responsibility will be to manage customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will handle customer service interactions, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
