We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to manage key client accounts, ensure excellent service, and build long-term relationships. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, helping solve issues, coordinate with internal teams, and support account growth.

Role: Customer Success Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR partners to understand their organizational needs and goals for employee wellbeing programs.
- Assist in day-to-day communication and coordination with HR partners and employees.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of wellness activities, webinars, and EAP initiatives.
- Support onboarding of new corporate clients and app users.
- Respond to user and client queries with empathy and accuracy via email, chat, or calls.
- Assist in creating and maintaining service utilisation reports, feedback trackers, payment records and dashboards.
- Collaborate with psychologists, health experts, content, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of EAP and wellness programs.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of psychological concepts from a general as well as an employee wellbeing perspective, including stress management, work-life balance, resilience, emotional intelligence, and change management.- Comfortable working with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Excel Sheets, Slides).
- Prior experience or internship in customer success, HR, or client coordination is a plus.
