Job Description

You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers assigned to you by the Customer Success Manager. This includes monitoring customer activity related to the product or services they have subscribed to or purchased. You will assist assigned customers through onboarding, implementation, and training sessions as instructed by the CSM. Monitoring metrics such as adoption rate, retention rate, customer satisfaction scores, churn rates, and other relevant metrics determined by the CSM will also be part of your role. It is important to maintain efficient internal and external communications in a customer-goal-oriented manner at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain relationships with assigned customers - Monitor customer activity and metrics - Assist customers with onboarding, implementation, and training - Ensure efficient internal and external communications Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in customer success or related field - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with relevant metrics and customer success strategies Provident Fund is provided as a benefit for this position.
