Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Ahmedabad/Gift City. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer support calls, live chat and emails, troubleshooting technical problems, and maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
