Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services or generate leads.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Explain products, membership plans, services, or offers clearly to customers.
  • Follow up with existing leads and maintain proper call logs and records.
  • Convert leads into appointments, sales, or membership registrations (as applicable).
  • Maintain and update customer databases/CRM with accurate information.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
  • Manage customer complaints and escalate issues to the supervisor when needed.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
