Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Vishakhapatnam for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for addressing student inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include offering support via various communication channels, resolving technical issues, providing accurate information related to services, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role requires collaboration with team members to improve processes and contribute to service excellence.
