Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist, based in Gurugram. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support as needed. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams for service improvements. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction techniques Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build strong customer relationships Experience in offering customer Support and resolving issues effectively Analytical Skills to assess and address customer concerns efficiently Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Experience in the retail or footwear industry is a plus Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred
