Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Gwalior. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing technical support. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve the overall client experience while delivering professional service and support.
