Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Associate located in Gwalior. The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, managing phone calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. These tasks involve greeting guests, answering inquiries, and facilitating communication between different departments.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Customer Service skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Computer Literacy and familiarity with office software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are desirable
