Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Associate role located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include managing receptionist duties, answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring efficient and professional customer interactions. Additional tasks include handling inquiries, maintaining a well-organized front desk environment, and providing administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to manage Receptionist Duties effectively
• Proficient in Customer Service and scheduling client appointments.
• Basic to intermediate Computer Literacy for managing office software and tools
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently.
• Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles is an advantage
