Contract Engineer

Role Overview: As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for regularly updating and maintaining Work Orders (WO), Letters of Intent (LOI), and related records in Farvision ERP and physical/digital files. You will ensure the accuracy and consistency of BOQs, Work Orders, and Purchase Order data within the ERP system. Your role will involve coordinating with site engineers, accounts team, vendors, and management for data verification, approvals, and timely updates. Additionally, you will be expected to generate and analyze ERP-based reports related to project progress, billing, inventory/stock, and expenses. Maintaining proper documentation and digital records in line with company standards and audit requirements will be crucial, as well as supporting internal and external audits by providing accurate ERP reports and supporting data. Furthermore, you will assist management with contract-related data, tracking, and compliance as required.
