Mangalam Landmarks is expanding its project delivery ecosystem and is onboarding a Contracts Engineer to strengthen our commercial, contractual, and execution governance frameworks at our Pimple Saudagar location.

This mandate is critical to driving operational excellence, cost discipline, and vendor performance across our portfolio of real estate developments.

Role Snapshot:-

The Contracts Engineer will anchor contract planning, BOQ validation, vendor coordination, rate analysis, and compliance oversight—ensuring seamless alignment between on-ground execution and organisational objectives.

Key Requirements

1. Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering

2. 4+ years of experience in contract management (real estate preferred)

3. Strong command over contracts, documentation, cost benchmarking, and project coordination

4. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining precision and timelines
