Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Gwalior. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing technical support. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve the overall client experience while delivering professional service and support.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Experience in providing hands-on Technical Support to resolve customer issues
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is preferred
