Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Customer Support Specialist. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries through various communication channels, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining a positive customer experience by addressing concerns efficiently and building strong relationships.
