Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Support Specialist, based in Delhi, India. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries related to orders, providing product information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving complaints or technical issues. The Customer Support Specialist will collaborate with different teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and deliver exceptional service to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Support and a commitment to maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers
• Technical Support skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Analytical Skills to identify trends in customer feedback and contribute to service improvements
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English, with Hindi and other regional languages being an added advantage
• Preferred: Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or customer-facing roles
