Job Description

Assist customers with installation, setup, and usage of the diamond management software.
Troubleshoot common software errors, login issues, syncing problems, and user access.
Guide clients in navigating modules like Inventory, Stock Management, Pricing, Rapaport, Employee Tasks, Billing, QC, etc.
Respond to customer queries via calls, email, WhatsApp, or remote support tools.
Understand customer issues clearly and provide step-by-step solutions.
Understanding of diamond stock flow: Purchase → Inventory → Assortment → QC → Sale.
Ability to understand customer requirements based on diamond operations.
Coordinate with internal tech team for bugs and technical errors.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer issues and software improvements.
Basic IT knowledge (software installation, basics of troubleshooting, remote support tools like AnyDesk ).
Basic understanding and Experience of diamond industry operations.
Basic understanding of ERP or management software is helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
