1. Student Counselling:

Understand student profiles, career goals, and academic history.

Guide students on course selection, university choices, and eligibility.

Advise on admission requirements, application timelines, SOPs, LORs, etc.

2. Application & Admission Support:

Assist students with the complete application process.

Coordinate with US universities for updates and follow-ups.

Support with document verification and submission.

3. Visa Guidance:

Provide pre-visa counselling and documentation support.

Help students prepare for visa interviews (mock interviews, etc.).

Stay updated on US visa policies (F1, SEVIS, etc.).

4. Pre-departure Briefings:

Provide info about travel, accommodation, cultural differences, etc.

Organize orientation sessions for departing students.

Marketing & Business Development –

1. Lead Generation & Outreach:

Conduct seminars, webinars, school/college visits, and fairs.

Build partnerships with local colleges, schools, and agents.

Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and CRM data.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of US education system and visa rules.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales or marketing mind-set with a counselling approach.

• Organizational and multitasking ability.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms.
