Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Counselor role based in New Delhi. The Counselor will provide career guidance to students, assist them in choosing suitable courses or programs, and offer information about various competitive exams and training opportunities available at Career Launcher. The role involves understanding students’ goals, taking inquiries, coordinating sessions, and ensuring a seamless journey for students throughout their engagement with Career Launcher.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills.
• Strong knowledge of education programs, competitive exams, and test-preparation processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to assess student needs, guide career decisions, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Proficiency in working with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
• Motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work.
• Previous experience in education consultancy, admissions counseling, or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, education, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
