Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Patna for a Counselor at Primalife Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. The Counselor will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide information and advice regarding pharmaceutical products, and assist in determining suitable health and wellness solutions. The role involves building strong relationships, maintaining confidentiality, and following up to ensure client satisfaction and progress.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse groups of individuals
• Knowledge of counseling techniques and the ability to provide empathetic and effective guidance
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and healthcare solutions
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to assist clients in making informed choices
• Good organizational skills to manage schedules and maintain client records efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in counseling, healthcare, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a relevant discipline preferred
