Requirement:

Any graduate with fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi Experience : Minimum one year in eye hospital / Ophthalmic experience (mandatory) Job Role

Counsel patients on surgical and non-surgical procedures

Explain treatment plans, risks, and post-op care in patient-friendly language

Coordinate with billing/TPA teams for financial clarity and approvals

Maintain accurate counseling records and consent documentation

Support outreach and referral conversions with empathetic communication
