Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Patna, requires the Tender and Document Executive to manage and prepare tender documents, ensure proper organization and storage of documents, and coordinate with various stakeholders for documentation purposes. Daily tasks include drafting, reviewing, and editing tender documents, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with the tender submission process.

Qualifications

• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and editing documents
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and document management systems
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English, or a related field
• Experience in tender management or procurement is a plus
