Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna for a Counselor. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, ensuring their personal and academic success. The Counselor will be responsible for maintaining student records, providing academic counseling, developing and implementing counseling programs, and monitoring students' progress. The Counselor will also work with faculty members and academic advisors to ensure students have a smooth learning experience and achieve their academic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Proven experience as a Counselor, preferably in an educational setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a diverse student population and maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and student information systems
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
